The primary objective of the 4th World Disability & Rehabilitation Conference 2019 (WDRC 2019) is to empower persons with disabilities, to promote the human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons with disabilities and to encourage all stakeholders to take concrete measures for the empowerment of persons with disabilities. This is aligned with the conference theme “Building Bridges towards a Common Goal: Advancing and Promoting Equity and Accessibility amongst People with Disabilities Worldwide”
